Overview

Two changes set this label apart: the facestock is PP synthetic paper, which resists tearing far better than paper-based thermal stock, and the adhesive is removable, so peeling leaves the packaging or equipment surface clean. It suits labels that get repositioned, or that have to be cleared away afterwards.

Nine standard sizes

From 40x30mm to 100x80mm: 2500 labels per roll at 40x30mm, 1000 at 50x30mm, 50x40mm, 60x40mm and 80x50mm, 600 at 60x50mm, 70x50mm and 80x60mm, 500 at 100x80mm. 40mm core, 2mm gap, R2mm corner radius, no perforation.

How long removable adhesive holds

Removable adhesive has a limited dwell time, typically hours to a few weeks depending on the surface, temperature and pressure applied. Past a month the residue risk rises, and anything that must stay put should use permanent adhesive. Peeling and re-applying the same label more than about three times also costs tack.

Versus standard thermal labels

Standard thermal is paper facestock with permanent adhesive, meant to be a lasting mark. This one is PP facestock with removable adhesive, built around peeling cleanly. Synthetic paper costs more, so use it where removal actually matters and keep plain thermal labels for one-way use.

How long can it stay applied?|Hours to a few weeks, depending on surface, temperature and pressure. Past a month expect residue, so use permanent adhesive for long-term marking. Is it really tear proof?|PP synthetic facestock resists tearing far better than paper. Normal peeling will not split it, though hard pulling will still deform the film. Does it wrap around curves?|It handles large-radius curves. For cylinders under 30mm diameter use a soft PE film label. Why does it cost more?|Synthetic facestock costs more than paper and the removable adhesive adds another layer. For single-use labels standard thermal is cheaper.
